Operations Management Intern Program

For students interested in working in our construction materials business, we suggest the Operations Management Intern Program. The program is designed to develop and evaluate summer interns in the Operations Management field and to prepare candidates for our Management Associate Development Program. Under this program, interns gain experience in several broad areas increasing in complexity and diversity each summer. The Operations Management Intern Program is subject to change depending upon the candidate’s level of experience and prior exposure to the aggregates industry.

Company-wide recruiting efforts for this program are targeted to five key schools, however individual divisions may also visit several other schools throughout the United States.
