Vulcan is the exclusive producer of Guardtop™ Asphalt Coating designed to increase the life expectancy
of commercial and residential paving surfaces. Guardtop™ is sold primarily in California and Arizona
but has been used all over the world. Guardtop™ goes beyond other asphalt sealers by using a unique
formula of additives that result in deeper and longer lasting color, firmer body and greater
durability. It is produced at an advanced manufacturing facility in Irwindale, California, and
meets the stringent California Green Book specifications for asphalt coating. Guardtop™ is the
